Exchange & Return Policy

As a growing startup, every single order truly matters, and your support means the world to us.

As we are still in our early phase, we do not offer refunds or returns.

However, your happiness will always be our priority.

So if you ever receive a product and feel it isn’t the right match for you — don’t worry we will gladly exchange it .

What Can Be Exchanged

You may exchange your product for:

  • The same product, or
  • Any other product from our collection (Price difference applies; details below)

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is unused
  • It is in its original packaging
  • All tags are intact

Exchange Window

  • Please raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, we will not be able to process exchanges.

    Share your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the product.
  2. Approval & Reverse Pick-Up
    Once approved, our team will arrange the reverse pick-up from your address.
  3. Quality Check
    After we receive the product, our team will verify its condition.
  4. Exchange Dispatch
    Once approved, your exchanged product will be dispatched.

Price Difference Policy

  • If the new item costs more, you may pay the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, you will receive a store credit/coupon code for the balance amount, usable anytime on our website.

For Damaged Products (Important)

Every item is quality-checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, an exchange will be processed only under these conditions:

  1. A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory. No claims will be accepted without the video.
  2. The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
